Toxic substances enter the body through environmental pollutants, radiation, electromagnetic fields, toxic building materials and even mercury fillings in our teeth. Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual torments are not the result of bad food choices alone; however food is a fundamental element over which we have direct control. By consuming foods that are dead and over-processed, chemically laced with artificial flavorings, preservatives, synthetics, herbicides, pesticides and fungicides our filtration and elimination organs become overburdened. This shows up in our bodies as a compromised immune system.
If we drank or absorbed poison, the following symptoms would appear: fever, chills, sweats, fatigue, throat irritations, loss of appetite, skin irritations, headaches, weakness, vomiting, nasal discharge, shortness of breath, nausea, respiratory infections, muscle pain, diarrhea, constipation, inflamed lymph nodes, joint pain, lesions, infection, irritability and weight gain. Do these resemble the symptoms that appear with the flu and most chronic illnesses?
With this in mind, compare these side effects to those of long term consumption of junk foods, processed foods, alcohol, cigarettes, street drugs, prescription drugs, sugar, white flour, salt and so on. We have a whole season dedicated to the cold and flu, but if you put this season to a calendar you would realize that we start ingesting excess poisons at the end of October if we participate with Halloween candy, then we move onto the Thanksgiving celebration gorging on dead processed traditional foods, we continue through the month of December with the Christmas office parties and family festivities, bringing in the New Year’s with plenty of cheer. Is it any wonder why we display the symptoms of ingesting poison by early January? Using food to celebrate would not be so bad if we didn’t eat poisons. Constantly loading the filtration system with toxins leads to chronic illness by the time we reach our 40's. The bold and brutal truth is that America ranks number one in degenerative diseases, even though America spends 1.6 of the 2.7 trillion dollars spent in research worldwide.
All forms of sugar stress the body’s delicate balance. Remember that the body will always seek balance. Sugar intake triggers an automatic built-in safety switch to protect against immediate poisoning. This switch activates the conversion of excess sugar into fats, such as triglycerides, that will eventually clog the arteries. This is how sugar intake increases risk of heart disease. Sugar puts stress on the pancreas because it produces acid in the body fluids, thus forcing the pancreas to pump out a surge of digestive enzymes. The body uses these digestive enzymes and stored minerals to neutralize acid. Consuming more than just two teaspoons of sugar results in a bloodstream loaded with the following acids: lactic, butyric, acetic and carbonic. As acid levels in the blood elevate, a general drowsiness and sluggishness called a “sugar low” or even more accurate “the alkaline tide” takes over. These are typical symptoms of sugar’s carbonic acid toxicity. Refined sugar is an “empty nutrient” food. Sugar weakens the immune system instantly in two ways.
- Within one hour of sugar intake, the white blood cell activity drops to below 50% and functions below normal for up to four hours. White blood cells are a central part of our immune defense.
- Sugar is the main food source for the pathogenic bacteria fungi that populate our gastrointestinal tract. Sugar contributes to the conversion of dormant, nondestructive yeast into the toxin-secreting fungi most commonly known as Candida albicans. Sugar is its main food. The damaging toxins “mycotoxins” or “endo-toxins” are the waste by-products of fungi. These toxins will drain the immune system and damage tissue and organs.
Alcohol dramatically raises blood pressure, resulting in an increased risk of stroke. Alcohol is highly toxic to the liver, nerve, and cognitive function. Alcohol also dehydrates the tissues and depletes the body of B-vitamins, zinc, and magnesium.
There are so many harmful effects of tobacco consumption. These have been listed with the U.S. Surgeon General on every package of cigarettes. The consequences of smoking and nicotine consumption include a risk of heart disease, lung cancer, stroke, emphysema and hypertension.
High quantities of a toxic heavy metal called cadmium are contained in coffee. High levels of cadmium can shorten life because it interferes with the body’s physiological systems, specifically the immune and nerve functions. Cadmium (a heavy metal) blocks the absorption of the mineral zinc and can be stored in the body for fifteen or more years. Coffee and teas are high in tannic acid.
You can find a wealth of knowledge about the health risks of coffee at the website www.teeccino.com. This company offers “The Healthy Choice for Coffee Lovers”.
Sodas contain phosphoric acid, which leaches magnesium from the body. Over 50 billion cola beverages are consumed daily in the United States. Sodas offer no nutritional value. Sodas contribute to the consumption of other dangerous elements such as aspartame.
Aspartame is in more than 5,000 products including diet drinks, sodas, ice cream, gum, prescription drugs, and baked goods. The FDA approved aspartame knowing that it becomes a dangerous neurotoxin when heated beyond 86 degrees. I don’t know of a human body that registers below 98.6 degrees alive. Aspartame is composed of:
- Phenylalanine: This lowers serotonin levels, contributing to manic depression, suicidal tendencies, mood swings, panic attacks, insomnia, anxiety, hallucinations and rage.
- Aspartic acid: a dibasic amino-acid, derivable from asparagines, and is found in the body as one of the products of pancreatic digestion.
- Methanol: the human body functions at about 98.6 degrees. When methanol is heated above 86 degrees, it converts into formaldehyde and then into formic acid, which can cause metabolic acidosis, contributing to an acid pH body fluid.
Aspartame has been linked to the cause of many diseases. The side effects reported are shocking. For further information on aspartame, go to www.blaylockreport.com, www.dorway.com, www.wnho.net or call (770) 242-2599.
Caffeine is an ingredient found in both coffee and sodas. It acts as a stimulant and dehydrates the body. Caffeine exhausts the adrenal glands by stimulating the production of the stress hormone known as cortisol. This can lead to high blood pressure and diabetes. Caffeine is the toxic cousin of nicotine. Caffeine impacts the brain and spinal nerves, causing increased irritability, loss of sleep, heart palpitations, and even muscular tremors. The toxic alkaloid of caffeine is the active ingredient in coffee, tea, cocoa and soft drinks. (You can find a wealth of knowledge in regard to the health risks of caffeine at the website www.teeccino.com. This company offers “The Healthy Choice for Coffee Lovers”.)
Pasteurized milk is very hard to digest because the natural enzymes have been destroyed. Homogenized milk is equally damaging and leads to higher blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels which contribute to heart disease. Dairy products, such as milk and cheese contribute to clogging the arteries as well. This is due to their high levels of saturated fats. Dairy products also contain concentrated pesticides, steroids and antibiotics if the livestock are not range fed. Milk products are a major factor in obesity and hinder the absorption of nutrients, which can eventually lead to many degenerative diseases. If dairy is absolutely necessary, it should be consumed by itself. Lactase is an enzyme found in the small intestines of young children, so they are able to digest milk sugar (lactose) better than adults. Calcium in cow’s milk is coarser than the calcium found in human milk and is tied up with casein, which prevents calcium from being absorbed. Casein allergy shows up as stiffness, which radiates throughout the shoulders, neck and spine. Casein also contributes to leg cramping, joint and lower back pain. Fatigue, sensitivity to light, dizziness, varicose veins and depression are also common symptoms of allergies to milk. For more information, go to the website of Dr. Loraine Day and order her video, “Drugs Don’t Cure”. www.drday.com
All dairy products except butter are acid-forming because they are concentrated protein. Milk is the number one cause of childhood diabetes. Excessive acidity can breed yeast growth, nurture viruses, stimulate tumor growth, feed parasites, throw off mineral ratios, reduce helpful intestinal bacteria, and cause general fatigue. The hormone bovine somatotropin or bovine growth hormone (BGH) is given to cows to increase their milk production by 25%. BGH causes inflammation of the cow’s udders and contributes to reproductive problems for the cows, leading to greater use of antibiotics. These antibiotics are then passed on to dairy consumers. Although blood type Bs can digest dairy, there are many more beneficial foods than dairy products.
Fuel value should always be the foremost factor in determining the worth of any food. Fuel is built from complex carbohydrates because glucose is the body’s most basic source of energy. The best source of complex carbohydrates is green vegetables. Protein is utilized as fuel if glucose and fat sources are depleted. Protein supplies the building blocks for tissue from the amino acids. Amino acid chains can contain anywhere from fifty-one to two hundred thousand amino acids. When flesh protein is ingested, the chain must be broken down and reassembled into human protein. Heat from cooking coagulates or destroys many of the amino acids so they are no longer useable by the body. These unusable amino acids become toxic and force the body into a defense mode. Benzopyrene and methycholantrene is formed when the fat in meat is cooked at high temperatures or charcoal-broiled. Both of these substances are known cancer-causing agents. Two pounds of charcoal-broiled steak have as much of the cancer causing benzopyrene as 600 cigarettes. Burnt animal fat is very poisonous.
As a culture, we have heard repeatedly that it is necessary to depend on animals to meet our protein requirements. This is not true. Plant sources, such as dark green, leafy vegetables, grains, beans, bean products, miso, etc. are more easily assimilated and superior to animal sources. They also do not contain the contaminated elements of saturated fat, hormones, excess cholesterol, bacteria, viruses, pesticides and numerous other harmful substances. Animal products are not necessary for daily nutritional requirements.
Researchers from Loma Linda University concluded that even a once-a-day consumption of meat nearly tripled the chance of suffering fatal heart disease by the age of 64. The study compared 25,000 strict vegetarian Seventh Day Adventists to 25,000 meat eating Americans. Meat protein spoils at a much faster rate then vegetable protein.
Antibiotics given to cattle, hogs, chickens and sheep can produce serious problems in people. The Humane Farming Association reports that, “Veal and hogs are infected with mutant bacteria, requiring lots of antibiotics”. Female hormones fed to cattle for growth are culprits behind the increases in female disorders like severe hot flashes, painful menstrual cycles and breast lumps. These same hormones can cause premature aging and impotence in men. The animal flesh also accumulates pesticide residue such as DDT, DDE, and PCB. Meat, fish and poultry contribute 13 times more DDT to the average diet than vegetables. Animal meats leave high residues of sulfuric phosphoric, urea and uric acid. These are both nitrogen compounds, which become wastes collected in the human body. Beefsteak contains approximately 15 grams of uric acid per pound. The kidneys must work three times harder to eliminate toxic nitrogen compounds from a meat diet than a vegetarian diet.
Animals going to the slaughter experience radical biochemical changes. Their blood hormone levels, particularly adrenaline, increase drastically when they see animals dying around them and others struggling to stay alive. These high amounts of hormones remain in the tissues of the meat and are eaten by meat consumers. The flesh of an animal carcass is loaded with toxic blood and other waste by-products. Diseased areas such as cancer or tumors are simply cut away, leaving the rest of the body to be sold as edible meat regardless of whether or not the disease may have circulated throughout the animal. It is common practice to incorporate diseased, trimmed off meat parts into mixed meats such as hot dogs or luncheon meats. This is then labeled as “parts” on the package ingredient list.
Meat eaters have a higher risk of cancer because of the carcinogenic preservatives added to meat. These include nitrites and other preservatives that are used to mask the green discoloration that occurs as meat rots. These preservatives are injected into the animals while they are alive so that they will circulate throughout its body. This often causes the animal to die even before being slaughtered.
Includes but is not limited to synthetic colorings, flavors, preservatives, growth hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, mildewcides, fungicides, sugar substitutes and taste enhancers. Candice Pert, PhD, in her book, “Molecules of Emotion”, states that there is overwhelming scientific evidence proving that 50% of the Attention Deficient Disorder, (ADD) and Hyperactivity Disorder, (ADHD) as well as childhood obesity is directly caused from dangerous chemicals laced into the packaged, processed foods that our children are eating daily. According to D. Lindsey Berkson, in her book, “Hormone Deception” claims that there are 87,000 chemicals used in the United States, 5,000 of which are considered carcinogenic and they are FDA approved to be in our foods.
One example is Monoammonium glutamate commonly known as (MSG), which is in just about everything that is packaged. MSG was created to study obesity using rats. Rats are not born naturally obese so scientists created them by using MSG, which is highly addictive, and triples the amount of insulin the pancreas creates causing the rats (and humans) to become obese. John Erb reviewed scientific journals while working for the government. He was a research assistant at the University of Waterloo. His book, “The Slow Poisoning of America”, mentions several studies that link MSG to diabetes, migraines and headaches, autism, ADHD and Alzheimer’s, (www.spofamerica.com), or visit www.pubmed.com and type in “MSG Obese” and read the 115 medical studies that appear.
The following ingredients always contain MSG: monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed protein (any), sodium caseinate, and hydrolyzed corn gluten, monopotassium glutamate, yeast extract, yeast food, autolyzed yeast, textured Protein, glutamic acid, calcium caseinate, gelatin, yeast nutrient.
The following ingredients most likely contain glutamate, or create it during processing: carrageenan, citric acid, bouillon and broth, natural beef flavor, stock, ultra pasteurized barley malt, soy protein isolate, natural pork flavoring, malodextrin, natural chicken flavor, whey protein concentrate, whey protein, soy sauce, anything enzyme modified, soy protein concentrate, protease, protease enzymes, malt flavorings, soy protein, anything store bought-fermented, anything protein fortified and don’t trust the words- natural flavor and seasonings.

We are not able to trust the merchants of this time. As recent as August 18, 2006, the FDA approved a viral cocktail as a food additive that can be sprayed on foods we eat. The first food types to be introduced to the unsuspecting public will be luncheon meats and poultry such as cold cuts, sausages, hot dogs, sliced turkey and chicken. Manufacturers are not required to list these viruses on the food label. The FDA has not run clinical trials to determine what effect these viruses will have on the human body, our digestive system or our intestinal flora (our good bacteria). The FDA has no idea how these viruses will interact with other pathogens or migrate to other parts of our body. Exotoxins are considered one of the main reasons America ranks number one in the world for chronic and degenerative disease. FDA does have access to research proving that exotoxins are the cause of many forms of cancer, heart disease, liver dysfunction, liver disease, allergies, asthma, auto immune disorders, circulatory disorder, anxiety, migraine headaches, depression, hyperactivity, memory loss and abdominal disorder including irritable bowel, diverticulosis, diverticulitis and Crohn’s disease, yet there are not clinical trials despite all the money funneled into research.
The 16th edition of Tabor’s Cyclopedia Medical Dictionary states that vaccines are a suspension of infectious agents (i.e. viruses) or some part of them given for the purpose of establishing resistance to an infectious disease. Vaccines are of four general classes:
- Those containing living attenuated infectious organisms such as virus
- Those containing infectious agents killed by physical or chemical means
- Those containing soluble toxins of microorganisms sometimes used as such, but generally forming toxins
- Those containing substances extracted from infectious agents.
There is an astonishing lack of basic scientific knowledge about how viral and bacterial vaccines, and their included substances such as: mercury, aluminum, yeast, MSG, formalin and antibiotics, react with the brain and immune-system function in the human body at the cellular and molecular levels. A combination of vaccines administered together is more dangerous due to the weaker immune systems found in infants being born today.
Agricultural science has proven that immunization does not stop disease but only prolongs its continued survival. Every year, a new flu shot is developed for the newest strain of flu. It takes six to twelve months for a virus to mutate so it can survive and presto! A “new strain” is born out of last year’s survivors. The intelligent survivors are developing so brilliantly that they are able to hook into our own DNA and hide using our own immune system to protect themselves. The only way to guarantee the development of flu strains is to keep vaccinating.
Immunization shots contain viruses and bacteria that are grown in pig or horse blood, rabbit brain tissue, dog and monkey tissue, chicken and duck eggs and calf serum. These nonhuman antigens cause chaos in the human body. Injecting foreign animal ingredients into the muscles or the lymph and blood systems is a totally unnatural way for it to get into the body. The foreign substance is perceived by the body as a poison and triggers an adverse effect on health and vitality. This can show up later in life as nervous and immune system malfunctions like: malaise, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, hives, allergic asthma, anaphylaxis, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal problems, eye problems, blood pressure changes and paralysis.
The United States federal government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out over $1.2 billion to parents whose children have been injured or killed by vaccines. This is a rate of close to $90 million taxpayer dollars per year. Insurance companies refuse to cover adverse vaccine reactions because they do their own research and know the truth.
The germs do not make us sick and diseased. Germs such as diphtheria, pneumonia and tuberculosis are found in healthy, disease-free people all the time. The herpes virus is, at any given time, carried by roughly 70% of all people. Most of these carriers do not experience signs of the disease. Germs come to feed off of decay. Germs do not hook into healthy tissue. They come to feed on the garbage that has accumulated.
For more information call (505) 983-1856 and buy the book titled, Vaccines Are They Really Safe and Effective? written by Neil Miller who is one person acting with compassion to make a difference. Science proves that one act of kindness strengthens the immune system of the giver, receiver and the observer. Random acts of kindness prompted by our love and compassion for others is healing for our body, mind and emotions. Why not support the immune system and use the protective essential oils rather then injecting our bodies with toxins.

It’s too late for us to live in a chemical free world. It would be impossible to explain the side effects caused by the combined interactions of the 2,983 chemicals analyzed by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and how they affect and react within our internal networking systems. A simple common carpet is expelling the gases of benzene, a known cause of leukemia, not to mention other carcinogens like toluene, xylene, formaldehyde, butadiene, styrene and methacrylates just to name a few.
There are dangerous chemicals and poisons in all our household cleaning and cosmetic products. If you don’t believe me have a sample of your blood analyzed. If there are traces of diethanolamine in your blood then you used one of 600 home and personal care products that contain this carcinogenic dangerous chemical. Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and propylene glycol is in the most popular and expensive brands of shampoo and toothpaste, which is why your toothpaste has a warning label. Trichloroethylene means you recently picked up your dry cleaning; benzene would indicate that you put gas in your car; and toluene could account for walking across a polyurethane floor.
On an average American day we wake up after soaking up chemicals from chemically washed sheets and PJs. We jump into a shower for an early morning blast of chlorine along with 300 or more contaminates provided in our tap water. By shampooing our hair, washing our body, applying deodorant and brushing our teeth everyday we absorb propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate, methyl or propyl paraben, imidazolidnyl urea, petrolatum, mineral oil, stearalkonium chloride and triethanolamine along with many more chemicals. We dress in clothes that were washed in chemicals and soak them up all day long. We make our way into the kitchen and ingest stimulant foods with preservatives and chemicals. We get in our cars and inhale some fumes; we join others on the freeways and inhale their fumes. We work indoors in a chemically infested environment breathing recycled air. We consume a lunch and a few pick-me-up snacks, which are chemically laced, dead foods. Then we grab a soda or coffee for the trip home and last but not least stop and fetch a fast food dinner for the family. Life snatching chemicals are all around us!
Sodium lauryl sulfate, (SLS) is just one of the very common harmful chemicals found in your more popular expensive shampoos, toothpaste and soaps. SLS irritates skin, corrodes hair follicles and impairs hair growth. When SLS interacts with other nitrogen bearing ingredients, carcinogenic nitrates are formed. Residual levels of SLS can be found in the heart, liver and even the lungs and brain. SLS impairs the development of young eyes, the immune system, causes inflammation and separation of skin layers. Used often enough it is capable of changing the information (the blue print) stored in the DNA of each and every cell so our body begins to mutate. SLS has been used in studies to induce mutations in bacteria. This is just one of thousands of extremely dangerous chemicals with long-term use found in our daily cleaning and skin care products.
