You can strengthen your immune system quickly by following any of the following recipes upon waking, up until noon, which is the time that the body is naturally cleansing itself of toxins. These recipes not only assist with neutralizing and cleaning out toxins, these recipes load up the storage units in the body with nutrients. Support your body’s natural cleansing process and strengthen the immune system at the same time with the following recipes:
Juice of 1 lime or 1/2 of a lemon
1 sm. clove garlic (peeled)
1/2 tomato
1/4 cup fresh herbs: basil, dill, cilantro or parsley
1 tsp. Bragg’s Aminos
2 tsp. coconut oil
dash of cayenne
blend all ingredients together with 1 or 2 cups water (Serves 2)
8 oz. of purified water
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1 tsp. blackstrap molasses
a scant of Cayenne pepper
stir and enjoy!
Juice of several oranges or a grapefruit
Juice of ½ lemon or lime (4-6 tablespoons)
2-3 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil or sesame oil
1-3 cloves of crushed garlic

The liver flush is followed by an made by boiling three cups of water and adding several thin slices of fresh ginger root.
