Meals That Heal in Minutes – 85% Raw

Raw Food Meals That Heal Raw Food Meals That Heal

Turning to nature, “raw vegetables” for all the nutrition that the body/mind needs is a huge step to take when we, as a culture, have been programmed to open up packaged, chemically laced, fake food.  “We the people” have been taught through all types of crafty media streams that our health will suffer or we will probably develop some form of fatal disease if we don’t eat the dead, processed foods or agree to take vaccines and pills.  For more information check out free ebook “It’s Not Your Fault” and Daily Poisons.

Meals in minutes is a system that will help you get set up and organized so that when you do go raw you will find that it is a faster, safer, less time consuming and less expensive way to eat.  We are used to fast food, eating on the go and paying a high price for our meals.  The high price isn’t just with the cost of a meal it refers to the cost of our health.  When you compare, weight and measure all the benefits of going raw, you will probably at the very least try it for a few months.  After all the only side effects will be, saving money, gaining health and beauty.  Not a bad tradeoff for learning some new tricks.

For example, examine what you are spending right now on food, “packaged poisons.”  Yes I said that out loud!  Everyone knows that if we eat more raw vegetables and fruits we will reduce the risk of cancer, but they say it wrong.  They should say- eat fresh vegetables and fruits to prevent cancer and everything else is poison.

What to buy and how much is it going to cost you?

I know you can’t read the list but I just want you to see that any family can go to their local market and buy what is needed to become a raw food chef.  The foods that nature creates can provide every element that we need to heal for just pennies a day.

Here is what the list reads:

After learning a few more facts to support going raw you will be coached on how to set yourselfup so you can put together raw meals in minutes.

What are a few of the benefits to raw food consumption?

The human body can heal from anything and everything in just 3-6 weeks by, eating live raw healing meals, eliminating all chemically laden personal care and cleaning products and incorporating the essential oil formulas.  What is the bigger picture?

We are the caregivers of this planet that allows us life.  We couldn’t even afford to put “nature” on a pay roll for all the gifts she bestows us, yet we are like a ragging infection in regards to our waste.  Eating raw will heal our bodies and heal the planet.  All packaged foods are dead, they don’t offer energy and they don’t have a life force. Packaged foods are chemically laced with preservatives and synthetic seasonings.  Together we can achieve so much by making a few simple changes.

For example, 7.6 billion tons of waste is produced during the manufacturing process.  Why?  Americans insist on spending $4 trillion a year on useless stuff.  Each one of us produces about 4.54 pounds of trash every day through our consumption and disposal habits, amounting to 1,657 pounds per person per year.  If every one went 75% raw rather than consuming all the packaged foods it would eliminate well over 15 billion pounds of waste each year headed for the landfills.

Wash, Dry, Chop and Store for Starters

It is as easy as 1, 2, 3… Soaking the vegetables hydrates them with nutrients so take the time to do it.  Chelate (pull out) pesticides and other chemicals, kill ecoli bacteria and hydrate your raw produce with 96 live electrical minerals.  Soak the produce for 20 minutes in a sink of very cold water with 1 teaspoon Solar Sea Salts dissolved, a squirt of non-chemical liquid soap and two drops of Protection essential oil formula to eliminate any bacteria.  Dry produce completely before chopping.  Start your sprout farm soaking while your produce is soaking.

Go Green Within Your Means
Here are your perfect nutrition condiments. Every 6 months buy the non-chemical cleaning products and essential oil formulas.

Now let’s break it down further so you can see how you will save hundreds of dollars while you gain your health and heal the planet.  Keep in mind; you are already spending the time, money and effort to get in your car, drive to the fast food chain, wait in line, pay money and drive home.  The following system will simply redirect your time, money and energy.  Raw food preparation is an art form that will involve the entire families creativity.  The Go Green transition will provide for a healthy and stress free lifestyle once your system is in place, you make it through the cleansing process and you watch your checking account swell.  With a scoop of this and a scoop of that you will serve meals that everyone will love in just minutes.

Vegetable Relish (the mainstay)

Remember always chew your raw food to juice before you swallow.  Chop any combination of hard, dense vegetables into very small pieces so it is easier to chew.

Warning: the soft and watery vegetables such as: tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, avocado and corn won’t last well in the relish so chop these as needed to finish off a special dish.

This relish will be used in most of the recipes along with the homegrown sprouts.

Time to start!

Our body systems go through a natural cleansing process from twelve midnight until twelve noon, and a re-building process from twelve noon to twelve midnight.  By supporting your body’s natural working order you are supporting your body to heal.

Breakfast choices can support this natural cleansing process: the saline (1 tsp. mixed in 32 oz. purified water), pure water with ORMUS drops, the Master Cleanse fresh lemonade, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, maybe a cup of fresh peppermint tea or organic herbal cleansing teas.

If you can’t wait till after noon to eat then try a small amount of fruit.  Even a small vegetable or fruit salad may be eaten.  All types of berries are excellent.  Following are a few options for a early morning meal created from the foods on the shopping list.

Apple Crisp Cereal

(Great to replace processed packaged cereals)

Chop up one apple into small bites

Mix: ¼ packet stevia sweetener with cinnamon to taste

Stir into apple pieces

1 tablespoon of sliced almonds

1 tablespoon of the nut butter

Options: banana, grapes, coconut cream concentrate and raisins

“Hot” Raw Sprouted Cereal (Perfect for cold mornings)

Use sprouts immediately after sprouting, usually within 24-48 hours.  They will be firm and have a nutty taste.  Scoop 3 or 4 heaping tablespoons into a cereal bowl.  Heat ¼ - ½ cup Vanilla Almond Milk with ½ tablespoon of agave or grade A maple syrup.  Heat milk until hot and pour over sprouts.  Do not cook sprouts.
